I’m Cylee Ragan, a Wedding & Special Event Planner who lives for love stories, meaningful moments, and flawlessly executed celebrations.

From calming nerves and coordinating details to keeping the timeline on track, I’m your chaos coordinator and built-in best friend on your big day. I’ll be there from the first look to the last dance—making sure you can fully soak in every unforgettable moment.
How did you become a Wedding Planner?
I graduated with a degree in Special Event Coordination, where my love for running events truly took shape. Afterward, I spent several years working at a wedding venue as the main point of contact on a couple’s big day. While coordinating part-time, I also developed a passion for marketing—a skill that now enhances every event I plan. Eventually, I took the leap and turned my part-time dream into a full-time career doing what I love most.
Always the Planner, Never the... FINALLY!
After planning/coordinating numerous weddings, I FINALLY got married in 2022 to my incredibly, supportive husband- Jake. Together, we have two of the cutest fur babies (I may be a little biased on this!), Charlie and Roxy.
